LEGO 31078 Tree House Treasures is a 260 piece Creator set with 2 minifigs released in 2018. It features a 3-level pirate ship treehouse with a ship deck, ship’s wheel, treasure chest hideaway, bowsprit with flag, crow’s nest, tire swing, and upper-level den. Includes two minifigures, a spider, teddy bear, pirate hat, telescope, and swords. This 3-in-1 model rebuilds into a Pirate Ship or a Skull Cave.
It was retired in July 2020 with a lifespan of 23 months.

Used sets are shipped assembled. Some minor disassembly may be required for packing. Each set will be packed as carefully as possible, but it is virtually guaranteed that additional disassembly will occur during shipping.
